Rolling Ridge Retreat and Conference (www.rollingridge.org) is a peaceful, beautiful and historic site nestled on a peninsula along Lake Cochichewick in North Andover, MA. This 1920s Georgian estate sits on 38 acres of woods, rolling hills and lakefront trails. They can accommodate 60 adults for overnight retreats, conferences, and day meetings with 29 bedrooms and meeting spaces, allowing the shift from frantic busyness into a rest-filled pause.

While Rolling Ridge hosts numerous rental groups throughout the year, our in-house guided programs allow us to live intentionally into our mission of being a safe and sacred space for deep listening and spiritual companionship in the Christian Contemplative tradition, connecting all people, God and creation. 

Central to our programs are three intentional programs introducing and training people in the art and skills of deep listening/spiritual companionship. Those three core training programs are "Way of the Heart," "Gateways to God," and "Deep Listening in the Neighborhood."
